[Sample] Tiles, Trams and Long Evenings
A sample story: a city built on hills, best understood on foot and after dark.
Alfama is a single argument for getting lost. Every stairway looks like a shortcut and none of them are.
We ate grilled sardines standing up, listened to fado leak from a doorway, and walked home the long way because the river was doing something with the light.
